For 40 years, my family vacationed on this island. We grew up here. And at the end of each visit, we were already looking forward to the next trip.
Leaving was the hardest part. As an experienced entrepreneur with a deep love and respect for the island, At Your Service allows second home owners to look forward to their next visit with peace of mind.

I wanted to pass along a recommendation for my concierge house manager who is watching our home while we are in NJ. Her name is Lauree Criss and she has been outstanding. She comes to our home once a week and performs a thorough walk through inspection complete with photos and weekly updates. She has been very responsive to some alarms that suddenly happened and was at our home in minutes to check and also notified us of our wine fridge that had stopped working and moved the wine to another fridge to keep it chilled. She will meet with vendors when we can’t be there, checks our mail, retrieves packages and also preps our home for when we leave and when we return. She even drives our cars for us to keep them in good maintenance. Her services are customizable to each client need. She has several clients already in Colleton. She is extremely professional and proficient in her duties. Should any homeowner be in need of a house manager/concierge while they are out of town I highly recommend Lauree.
