Home Maintenance
When you can’t be here, we will be. Our team is available to be on-site for home repairs, service calls, and ongoing maintenance—providing peace of mind while you're away. We’ll check refrigerators and ice machines, ensure golf carts and vehicles are properly charging, and move vehicles out of the garage weekly to keep them in good condition. Think of us as your eyes and ears on Hilton Head Island, committed to keeping your home running smoothly until you return.
Concierge Services
As part of our boutique concierge services, we'll pick up any deliveries or even picking up your dry cleaning - concierge services can be customized for your needs. When severe weather threatens Hilton Head Island, you can count on us to act quickly and responsibly. We monitor local alerts and will promptly secure your home before a storm hits—bringing in outdoor furniture, checking windows and doors, and taking photos of your property’s condition. After the storm passes, we return to assess for damage, provide updates with detailed photos and reports, and coordinate any necessary emergency services. Your home’s safety is our top priority, no matter the forecast.
